Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are making some moves as they negotiate their highly publicized divorce. According to Realtor.com, Joe bought the three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo in Manhattan’s Nolita neighborhood as a bachelor pad for US$5.6 million in 2018 — a year before his secret, surprise Vegas wedding to Sophie. He first listed the nearly 3,000-square-foot apartment for $6.5 million in July 2020, right before he and Sophie welcomed the first of their two children.
